For a police state it's pretty patchy and contradictory. I've seen police move people on who objected to the Muslims marching against the Danish cartoons. But they also arrested and charged a Muslim in those same protests for dressing up as a suicide bomber. So they allow one but not the other? Are protesters taken away and shot? Are they "disappeared"? Are journalists silenced? Are union leaders murdered? Are political opponents taken away and shot (ya know, like Saddam used to do). NO, NO, NO.

I hate it when the BBC gives these authoritarian pricks a free ride. "The dangerous times we live";"the threat we face is potentially a very dangerous one". Based on WHAT?! Fucking propagandic mouthpiece to state power is what it is.
