Agree with redchair9. I find it interesting with humans that they are so gullible and so skeptical at the same time. They expect perfection, a guru, someone that is gonna solve ALL problems. Pictures taken on the moon did not come out properly? The mainstream media are in the business of story telling, maybe they tell the true story. People think the pictures are real, they may not be. Even with real pictures the story could be a lie. And so it is with what they say about food and health.

There are SO many videos showing both view points, and they can both be skewed in their favor depending upon how the director personally feels about it.

Essentially, people can get brainwashed either way - you're convinced it was real, someone else isn't. Who cares? That particular problem isn't as big as the one you named yourself.

awesome. But that will only get you on track to find out how to overcome addictions. Addictions are controlable. Everytime you feel bad when a food association comes up in your brain, the power of the addiction grows. Prepare your old favorite meal(f.e. pizza) and have it in your room all the time. When theses desires come up: Laugh about them, smell the food, put it in your hands. Watch it and laugh. Your in control. You wont eat that crap untill someone force you with a gun. Haha, go raw!
