He wasn't suspended, and eventually on that video that the NHL sent to players saying what are clean hits and what aren't, Kronwall's hit on Havlat was shown as a legal hit (although he got Havlat's head, it was north-south and therefore not one of the back-pressure lateral hits to the head they're trying to get rid of).

Which when seen you can see he hadn't gained possession yet and that any interference major leading to injury was an automatic game misconduct. This is just how it was explained?
