  • good !!! I've ENS empty nose syndrome

  • Why does anyone get a coblation turbinate reduction surgery???

  • how much does a surgery like that costs in the usa? any idea?

  • @simpsonsgotobrazil It is covered by insurance...

  • @simpsonsgotobrazil i did mine in singapore for 800 sgd, that's approx us$550. i was covered by insurance. the surgery vastly improved my rhinoconjunc allergic symptoms. my surgery was more complicated - i had to sit on an operating table. plus, it was painful because i didnt have a lot of anaesthesia (part of insurance policy). i had bleeding, crusting and blood clots in my nose for 3 weeks. get sodium bicarbonate to mix with salt water to rinse the inside of your nose (discomforting).

  • I had turbinate reduction surgery under general anesthesia 4 months ago. There has been little, if any, improvement in my breathing. Maybe the doctor was too conservative??? I'm disappointed in the results.

  • I'm getting my tubes removed today yay!!!!! i'm so happy drug me the fuck up and lets get it on !!!!!!!!

  • @SupportAlexJones so how did it work for you so far? has your condition improved since then??

  • I have tubes in my nose i just had nasal obstruction done monday june 21st @ 2pm so what are they going to numb me with to get these tubes out of my nose or if anything thanks hehe i love being put to sleep thank you for giving me a close up of this

  • wow, it's so iteresting!!!

  • AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS A DOCTOR AWAY! that's why I eat apple as many times just to keep away from doctors.

  • o.O

  • You're gross

  • turbin

  • I had this procedure done this morning. To say there is "no pain" is a bit of a fabrication. There was a bit of a sting with the numbing injection, but really no worse than what you feel when you get an injection at the dentist. And I also felt a little pain during the actual procedure. But it was VERY brief and any pain that I did feel was manageable. Obviously, everyone's experience will be different though.

  • that look nasty

  • painless? right...

  • I had the procedure done. The doctor puts cocaine on your turbinates to numb them. You don't feel anything.

  • We use lidocaine to numb. Not cocaine.

  • @MiniverJD LMFAO are you that stupid

  • really...cocaine

  • @MiniverJD u mean lidocaine for numing, codeine as a drug, but cocaine is a nono lol

  • I just had my septoplasty and coblation turbinate reduction yesterday..I was put out because of the septoplasty....I have to be honest,,I am experiencing nowhere near the pain that I thought I would..! Very impressed..I am bleeding ,but I have my gauze on...

  • @atgn70 Haha, I love the little gauze mustaches (they're so fashinonable ;D ). I had my septoplasty/turbinate reduction on Dec. 21 and like you said, not as much pain as I thought.

  • had this done 2day!!

    nose is bleeding like anything..

  • wooooooooooooooooo ke xuloooooooo!!!!!!

  • How have the results been from your Aug. 21st surgery?

  • does this work?

  • was ist das was die da machen

  • I am having this done Aug 21,2009 Lwt you know how I do if it workm I oray it does. I have suffered so long!!!

  • did it work lol

  • nice imovie intro :P

  • Okay, I'm convinced you all are opera fans, based on the background music used in your videos.

  • very young doctor

  • Interesting production

  • I had this done with a septoplasty and I was completely out for the procedure. Recovery was painful, but the results are amazing.

  • If you had just the turbinate reduction alone done, most people do not complain of pain. Only sometimes, a few patients would take just tylenol.

  • Ermmm how long did you take to recover ??? i'm about to do this surgery soon..

  • I went back to work right after the procedure. Did not even need to take some tylenol. Just a mild burning/pressure pain, but not enough discomfort to take even tylenol for. Had to use salt-water spray for a few weeks to keep the crusting and scabbing down which basically disappeared after 3 weeks.

  • I had this done like 3 months ago and I have breathed great through my nose ever since!

  • Interesting.

  • Thank you for this video. We are hoping this is an alternative for my daughter who has enlarged tonsils.
