@milenna87 The live action stayed a bit more true to the manga, and overall was quite good. A live action isn't going to be exactly like the anime. If you love Sailor Moon, you will be able to appreciate this, and more importantly, not hate other fans. Naoko (the creator) loved the live action, but often got annoyed with the people doing the anime because they changed the story so much for the anime. Just saying =^.^=

@vbadgirl1 It's not as great as it could've been, but considering it weren't released in Japan until 2003 we can assume that it took at least a year or two before that to go through the entire season and movie, also including the entire production stage. Considering when it was made it's not all that bad-especially when compared to Power Rangers and I sorta like the storyline, in a way its better than the anime storyline. However, I agree it could've been better :)

But the costumes are good (with the exception of Sailor Luna, but then again I hate that little brat so my hatred might make me hate everything related to her) and so are the props, especially considdering that this series had crap budjet.

It starts out silly, but gets better, and did some things WAY better than the animated series- not trying to say that the animated series is bad, but neither is this. Both deserve respect and should be taken seriously. So I say; watch PGSM. It's only 50 episodes, so yeah, it is a fun ride, and worth it.

Y'know, as much as I hate live-action shows that were made from cartoons in the 90s (I'm lookin' at you, Power Rangers), I actually like this one. It's still cheesy, but at least I can actually see this playing out. All the movements in the live-action Power Rangers series were way over-exaggerated. In this one, the actors only move as much as needed.
