"Marijuana doesn't hurt you" Is something I hear all the time, but from what I've observed, it sure as hell does. I've noticed a trend in severe smokers when they try to quit—verbally, or even at times physically abusive, they lie, they waste money (on pot), closed off emotionally, sure as hell can't preform in the bedroom like they used to, bi-polar symptoms, etc. The evidence I have? The fact that all these traits were noticeable in more than 5 ppl in my life who's common interest is pot.

Our school went for a walk for D.P.A and we saw this group of people smoking weed or something (Our school is downtown, that's where all the drugies hang out...) and our whole class walked by and I stared at them and me and my friend said "That's discussing." The smell, OMG I coughed so much, and so did a few other girls (I go to an all girls school), Its gross and discussing. Some people don't understand the harm it does to them.

My neighbors deal drugs, I hate it. Lindsay Mitchell and Richard Brown of Bangor Maine. They smoke pot 24/7 so the building smells like pot all day and night and strange people come and go obviously buying stornger drugs. We've called the police and they are also being watched by some Maine task force now.

I'm 17 and I've never smoked, done drugs, 'smoked herbal plants', or drink alcohol.

Why? I just find it really unattractive. Some of my friends smoke pot and my philosophy is "Hey, I'm not your mother, if you want to smoke that crap then fine, but don't get me involved." Works everytime, if my friends don't respect that then they're not good friends. :)

It smells disgusting, and it makes people look ugly. (Droopy eyes, retarded smile, etc) Yuck.

@SladesApprentice145 i agree. i have nothing against pot smokers too, as long as they don't get me involved. if they just ask once if i want, then i would nicely refuse, if they understand then cool, if not, it's their problem. i don't know why so much people love weed, they love it like it's a god. they say that it's healthy, etc. but i still think it's stupid because they still forget about some things, they act stupid, and i can't see why something that makes you act like that it's healthy.

You definitely can't say that marijuana is the best thing for you but it sure isn't the worst. I'm tired of seeing the government throw away money trying to stop the use of marijuana. It is literally everywhere. One of these days they'll give up.

I also said it isn't the worst thing you could do to yourself, compared to even legal drugs. It is fiscally irresponsible of our government to continually fund a government entity such as the DEA. Even you must agree that the amount of money our government and private organizations such as yourselves couldn't be better spent elsewhere, rather than trying to combat inevitable drug use?

saxxtreme, drug use by teens and young people is not "inevitable" as you claim. You may have (if you do not already) a son or daughter some day. You will not want them to abuse drugs -- our children are worth the effort.

My parents smoke pot and would never care if I did, they firmly believe it's relatively harmless, and everything I've seen makes me agree...except that I find it gross, harmless or not, and would never try it.

I agree, while the use is going down/stable among youths, Adult use has never been higher. I think over 40% of the adult population has tried it. I believe it, I cannot go out to a public place without smelling it and I live in a very conservative city. I think the government could better regulate it if it was legal. This is coming from someone who has not used it since their college years.

Hixlol, you are wrong on all counts. We have posted videos on how bad cigarettes and alcohol are...We have even posted a video saying that cigarettes should be illegal. Please make informed comments.
