@liquidxblades for 1st time Pakistan consulted UNO in 1947 over the Kashmire issue, where India was defeated in his case by Pakistan and than resolution was passed by UNO that both countries will solve issue by talks and India will arrange plebiscite in Kashmire, that was resolution not decision, so by law india is notresponsible for this but ethicaly india is liable for plebiscite in kashmire, till that time Pakistan's main demand over kashmire is plebiscite,,,
