how do you cast spells that fast and use link that many artes?

Mostly it's FOF cancelling, which from my understanding, is just using an Arte in the compatible FOF circle to FOF change and hoping you use the regular move instead. He saves the spells by using the AD Skill "Spell Save" to get hit while delaying the spell, then proceeds with a regular combo, using the spell later. He also usually connects an Overlimit to this so they don't get knocked down and he can proceed with even more combos. Go to gamefaqs for better explanations.

Luke Bresker Coustume can only be acquire by playing in hard mode and have over 256 battles won. During the second part of the story when luke reunite with his friends after defeatin van the frist time go to the coliseum and go to the audience stand on the east side and talk to the man on the stand and he will give u the title and costume
