There are 4 women that dragrace on their sleds at Terrace Bay. Myself and another Leena Hupe travel to various tracks throughout Canada and the US and compete as well.

The titanium in my arm is not noticeable unless I smack the screw, that protrudes a bit when a door closes too quickly or something like that. I have regained pretty much full mobility with no adverse affects. It is one of the safest forms of racing...but it does have a dangerous element to it....damn frostheaves...lol!!!

This is badass!! I have been competing for 8 years now here in Canada and in the US. It is no problem on body parts unless there's an oops and you come off....which I did 4 years ago. Then it was a little tough on the arm....which now has a 12 inch plate of titanium and 15 screws in the left one. I went back racing the next summer. As far as top speed, I had her wound out over 130mph and she still had more to give at the big end. Not for the feint of heart...life's too short not to try it!!!
