Yes, Ms. Umuhoza is truthful and brave in promoting political democratic dialogue which Rwanda needs to pursue, in order to demonstrate a real commitment to supporting equality and true respect for human rights in central Africa, so that it might oppose racism and exploitation and greed on the part of the wealthy or privileged class - which is the actual historical basis for colonialism, neocolonialism, international and national conflicts - often misrepresented as "ethnic or tribal disputes".
