The album bears no date of recording, manufacture, or release anywhere, but yields two clues. First, this disc is in the VRS400 series, Vanguard's first series, dating it to the early 1950s. Second, the liner notes specifically mention apparently then recent Vienna Konzerthaus Quartet recitals during 1951-52, suggesting that 1953 would be the likeliest answer to your question.
