  • UGH this song is annoying!

  • Hi! Little help please. I would like to use my Wii for exercising, I have couple of games but it is just not what I need. Let me explain. I need exercise to be continuous, without yea you did it great work bla bla. Just 30 minutes or more exercising, starting with warm up and progression. Wii fit and 2 - I have to select new ex. and my muscles get cold. Exerbeat - too much bla pause within exercise (I jump or spin when they talk in between, but thats not OK). And everyday - arms. Any suggestion?

  • @Marinapomorac If you have Fit Plus, you already have "My Wii Fit Plus," which lets you select a string of workouts from the Yoga and Strength menus. Start it off, and go non-stop (including warnings) without reaching for the remote. Solves the "Fitness Interruptus" problem.

My health coordinator also says start / stop / start / stop is good for the body. Calls it "Interval Training." Also try longer durations of aerobics games like Rhythm Boxing.

  • @FurubaGurlStudent Yea I tryed but all games use to much hands (I know, because of the controller) but sucks that the Rboxing do not include leg kicks knee ups or something like Charleston movement. I used to practice tae kwon do (for 10 years) so I like to mix arms legs. I love RB but it is to short (25 minutes or so is max, I need one hour, if I play it twice then the beginning cools me off when I restart... and I hate the voice change in fit plus, guy on RB fit+ is annoying

  • @FurubaGurlStudent Hi! Found the game, the Biggest looser challenge. I played it for a week and lost 2 pounds, will continue, hope to see good results. Have a nice day!

  • Thnx great vid!

  • i think punch out shold be on there

  • I personally like Wii Fit (Plus) cause it is fun and gets you sweating. I know some people say that you hardly sweat, but thats if you dont play the game right. I play for 30-40 minutes and I lose about 1.7 lbs a day, I know it doesn't sound like much but Im just starting out.

  • Thumps up if you were definetly expecting a comment saying that you muted this

  • active & wii fit only :)

  • wii fit sucks wii fit plus is better!

  • I wish people would stop using this song for compilation and top 5 vidoes, it's fucking annoying

  • I see much more intense the ACTIVE from EA Sports, with or without the board, you can even make your own routine. But well at least the top 3 are good.

  • I'm surprised you put Wii Fit on the first position. Yes, it has some fun elements in it (ski jumping anyone?) and I bet it did very good sales wise, but it's just not a good workout. You have to pick each exercise manually. It doesn't tell you which exercises to do in which order. Apparently Wii Fit Plus is a bit better in that regard. Personally I like My Fitness Coach, My Fitness Coach Cardio Workout and EA Active most.

  • I lol'd at the music. Seriously.

I'm glad I can turn it off.

  • Wii Fit Sucks!!! Bad choice if you want to lose major pounds.

  • @caleb1297 i heard that im gana go and buy it how is it

  • do you need the balance board for all of the games ?

  • I just really hate that crappy son from audioswap. if I ever meet these 009 Sound System guys they're really gonna have it. On the other hand, Wii Fit really sucks.

  • anyone else realize that they spelled "position" wrong?

  • i would say ea sports active is the best

  • i would say ea sports active is the best

  • gold gmy is a great boxing game they even do stuff with the bancle board and it have your ARM gmythe workout most of the time

  • You lost me putting Wii Fitt at the top, it doesn't provide enough of a workout to be of any use.

  • The golds Gym Cardio workout sucks big time...I felt ripped off, I allready have a boxing game and that all thats basically on the stupid Golds gym game, I thought there would be a variaty of excersizes to do....I perfer the Wii fit boxing tons more fun and entertaining.

  • you do not need a fitness board for all of them, just the wii fit . . btw position does not have two s's in it

  • MUSIC PLEASE !

  • ManifestContent and Nintega who are fat, can't amount to much in their lives and can't get any girls should really try out games like this.

They'd still be ugly and worthless, but at least they'd get thinner.

  • ugh, so I have to buy the balance board to be able to use a fitness program? I think 'best' should take value for money into account too.

  • does anyone know which is better out of my fitness coach and my fitness coach 2?

  • personally i think wii fit is over rated... people focus too much on the mini games then the actually fitness aspect of the game. how is throwing snowballs and moving a bubble going to get you in shape? people see the "game" pare in it and thats all they focus on. thats just my 2 cents.. i would rather have the golds gym 1 or my fitness coach

  • @deshirider07 well wii fit at least gets you moving right? it's better than playing a game where you just sit on the floor with a controller in your hands only pressing buttons for hours on end. i mean people even get lazy playing wii sports. i think the games are motivating for people who don't actually want to get up and do an actual workout.

  • @deshirider07 that is exactly the point of those mini games, to get you moving and off ur ass without feeling like you are doing a workout/fitness regime. They are fun for the whole family to play and can easily be played for hours without realising that you have actually been off ur ass and at least doing something for 2 or 3 hours. If you are into a serious fitness regime then clearly wii fit is not the one for you.

  • wii fit plus is really good if you use it reagulary and use the right exeresices. it is fun and it has very many exeresices. very motivating too.

  • wii fit plus is reallly actually good. lots of fun exercises and also challenging exercises. i've had my wii fit plus since december and there are still some exercises i find difficult, but i am getting better :)

  • The EA Active looks like the best choice for cardio workouts. I don't have a WII. Can anyone recommend a good cardio game?

  • i knew wii fit is going to be 1st from the beggining xD

  • I defaintly think that my fitness coach is the best out of them. I like the use of body measurements and the use if workouts Been sorted for you. Even if the graphics are a little choppy.

  • @tigerpaws111 Agreed.

It's the best game if you want a serious workout regime from the Wii.

  • Position only has 1 "s" in it

  • You put wwi Fit above Biggest Loser and EA Sports Active??? Insanity!

If you made this before Biggest Loser you need to update. But still you put wii Fit over EAS. No way. If you want to *play* fine...but if you're serious about exercise, changes need to be made on this. And you did name it "Best wii FITNESS Games" not "Most Fun Games".

  • @WitchyWitch1966 it is called best Wii fitness GAMES not best Wii workouts.

  • I have all the games and the best one i think is EA sports as you can pick what you want and it is fun as well. :)

  • ow mean the new one ? the one with orange box i am going to buy it i wish its good to lose some bounds as u said

  • ReeBee74, EAS was the best before Biggest Loser came out. I do admit, I rotate these two games and have lost over 25 lbs and now am just keeping it up to get more toned and maintain weight.

  • Its POSITION!!!!

  • It's 'it's' dolt.

  • wii fit is not that great for people who want to do balanced workouts.

  • @sandybis2008 Wii fit plus is great for a blanced workout if you choose one of their pre fabricated ones.

  • @edaj84 Yes, it was a great improvement!

  • If anybody knows anything interesting about the new game EA Sports active for wii please send me a message about it! Thanks!
