I have a small bump above a smaller lymph node on the right side of my neck, but i dont think its anything infected because 1. When i touch it, it doesnt get irritated and 2. It hasnt gotten any bigger. So hopefully it goes away

same here. i have the same thing right now and i am going to the doctors on thursday. i have swollen glands on both sides. and it is sore throughout the day. i wish it would go away.

i had the same lump and was diagnosed to have TB Lymphadenitis. Its extra pulmonary TB that infiltrated my ant. cervical lymph node. It went bigger ad bigger til they had to incise to drain the pus that accumulated inside. The usual antibiotic wont work becuase it requires a specific med. Now im on my 3rd month and the lump is no longer there but i have to continue taking the meds for another 6 mos to make sure it wont come back anymore.

honestly i have been havin the same pain in the front of my neck on both sides when it wants to not sure what it is hurts as if someone is squeezin the neck , lots of weird viruses and problems goin around

I suffer from this exact same problem. It's to do with TMJ disorder. It's nowt serious altho it can cause pain all over your body, in the jaw, back, shoulders, neck, face. U get earache, sore teeth, nausea, dizziness and ringing in the ears along with headaches. It's caused by stress, anxiety, trauma, smoking or grinding your teeth in your sleep. Even as I sit writing this my neck muscle is gigantic. I have been to doc worried it might be neck cancer etc but she says it is nothing but TMJ.

that's a muscle called sterno-mastoid which is located in your neck... i hope i was helpful.
