This matter of the ring, making the box out of a hundred dollar bill could work one can alway's say " I could have gave you a larger ring dear but! I spent it on your box";0)

If you use s thousand dollar bill you can put a note in it saying "will you not! Marry me" i'd say of course not! Thanks for the box ;0)
