The CD is called DREAM and underneath has a website dreamny (.com), produced by an Australian company called rasa music. The CD was given to me by a friend. The CD says "for promotional purposes only, not for sale". Not sure how it ended up in my hands. Thanks for uploading!

They have this song available on iTunes. I actually think I like that version better, but it's a lovely song either way.
