im using simlar set up as this people say i will crack a piston top end but so far no props 206 hp and 235ilb ft in a mk2 fiesta standard zetec wit rs manifolds and turbo mangement it goes off the clock and keeps up wit kit cars stock pistons are good enough for lots of fun fact im running 8.5 compression so same as mangement rs turbo standard understand

Engine was live mapped by Motorsport Developments. All for sale now as I am breaking the car.
At 40-41 sec there is a short burst of chatter as I lifted momentarily. That sound comes at any point where the turbo is making anything more than about -2psi and I lift off the throttle, be it to change gear or not.
if you have that pigeon/turkey sound coming from your dump valve doesn't it mean it is set up incorrectly?i mean it could bugger your turbo up eventually....

It is only a decompression plate with the addition of a T3 turbo, though a few external parts of the engine have changed in time too. It has completed over 12,000 miles in the 3 years it's been running, few of which are motorway miles!

You'd need to convert the car to EFi. The flap in the metering head closes and all but completely muffles the sound.
