  • these guys look so smooth when the fight i don't know how to explain it its just cool

  • that was a fantastic kick

  • It hit the nerve, great job.

  • nice fight dude, been doing muay thai for awhile, and my shins are always bruising bad, do u hav any advice besides shin pads (i dont want to protect them i want to make them tough)

  • Thai fighters toughen their shins by hitting heavy bag 500 times a day, using bike innerubes filled with sand and beating their legs (deadens nerve endings),roll a piece of wood up and down leg, and ancient tradition, kick banana trees

  • @NakMuayThai so basically when you fracture your shin bone the micro remodeling body process doesnt make your shin harder than what it was before? we just kill our nerves

  • @tinygangster66: Yes, you are right. A broken bone, (in many cases, not all depending on severity and location of break) will heal and become slightly stronger than before. Dead nerves don't relay pain to the brain, thus Thai fighters are used to taking the kicks and usually have a calcium build-up over time.

  • @chinaman3000 Kick the ol' heavy bag for a while. But believe me, a good check or leg kick still hurts like hell.

  • great fight

  • Good fight! Guy in pink had control until last round.

  • tru tru

  • perfectly executed low kick

  • hey he shouldn't have been acting like he was the shit. now he can get carried home in his pink panties.
