hey tara can you do some "yoga routine for geeks" please?
i work in the IT industry and i think yoga would help so many guys coping with sitting in front of the computer all day. i'd like to get the message across to them and a video from you would certainly help......thanks :-)
@tarastilesyoga My 9 year old daughter, Piper, loves your yoga videos! (She loves this video especially!) We try to squeeze time into our busy schedules to do yoga together and now that we've found your channel, we will be doing poses along with you. She's planning on doing a yoga video for you on how a 9 year old relaxes with yoga. (So much stress in a 9 year old's life, you know?) Peace! ;)
