The first one I was okay with because Wheldon is my favorite Indycar driver.
The second not so much because even though my favorite NASCAR driver is Jeff Gordon,Jr. is second.

Though I did see it lame that the National Guard was screwed out of both races, I do think destiny had to do with one of them... I was unable to watch the Indy 500 due to a previously schedueled road trip, & I was SHOCKED & happy to find out one of my guys won.
As for the other, I think my buddy "Greenlight" had more to do with that since his fandom with Earnhardt Sr. took him to Harvick & not Dale Jr., & it was amplified with the fact Rick Hendrick is 1 of the 3 owners he doesn't like...

that sucks that the national guard cars had to be the cars that lost on turn 4 that would have been one hell of a tribute to the military and the national guard troops :( who dead in all wars
