How shocking to hear this sad news. Rest in peace Father. Abbot Formilleza too had just passed away too earlier this year. Is he in this vid? I can't identify him.

@poetsguide That's what I was thinking. He does kind of look like him. The other monk seated in the far distance at the far back was my other guess. I only saw pictures of him in the late 1980's. I'm going to visit this Abbey in January my first trip to the Philippines. I so admire these monks.

Last October 16, 2011 Father Dunstan Ma. B. Candol has passed away. Rest in peace Father, in the very brief time you have been with us at St. Francis of Assisi Montessori School of Cainta you have brought God's light with you and touched our hearts. We will miss you.
