This special disgusted me, and not the way it was intended to. Most of the hatred and fear people have towards rats is UNWARRANTED, and this special was nothing but exaggeration, misinformation and fearmongering. Humans have nothing to fear from Gambian rats or nutrias, and even common "pest" rats don't really attack people or carry harmful diseases.

The Norway Rat isn't even capable of carrying plague OR rabies! Rats if all sorts also make wonderful pets.
