I'm vegan so I don't eat meat or dairy products (I eat tofu, nute, etc. and rice milk & vegetarian cheese) I also cut out chocolate, chips and all kinda of junk food

I make sure to eat small balanced meals and one of my biggest rules is to not eat after 6 pm
