@69sico96 the air he blow inside create a pocket of air that expand and "shoot" the water out of the bottle. In the first take the water doesnt go out as fast because the air struggle to get in to replace the water going out. If you shake it around in circle it will create a kind of whirlpool that will leave an opening for the air to steadily go in and it will also make it faster.
