I dont know the exact percentage,but i do know they are in africa,and thats all that matters.Now as far as who were the first nation builders thats debatable because they have found sites in sudan 2 to 300yrs older than the beginings of egypt and also possibly the worlds first royal lineage that was similar to later in egypt. But its some what of a different subject than who brought the first light of knowledge.
