I like the fact that ManBuggle only showed the "good" parts. All energy conversion processes are associated with energy losses. The highest losses occur when chemical energy (coal, oil, natural gas, or hydrogen) is converted to physical energy (electricity, motion, pressure) in power plants or internal combustion engines. Those losses can be far below 50 percent.

A small car requires about 80hp to run which is about 59.6kw of power. In other words u need 59.6kw of power from ur batteries to run on electric motor and u need alot of batteries for that.

Yeah but then you need all those batteries to perform the electrolysis...turning you into a mini-Hindenburg. Why not just use electricity DIRECTLY to power your vehicle. You are wasting potential energy in the electrolysis process.

This test was set to fail. 1st electrolisis needs high voltage for regular tap water to spit, or adding electrolite to the water for low voltage electrolisis. They did neither. 2nd. They got 5 small bubbles and claimed it was working, and never considered how much hydrogen they would need to run the car. 3rd. They didn't check to see if the device would only improve MPG, running WITH gas. 4th they didn't re-examine any of thier work for mistakes. Mythbustsers NEVER run test like this till now!!!

Never tried this, accidentally stumbled upon one of these videos, not sure how, but for something that SEEMS as simple as putting electrodes into a jug of water to produce this kind of fuel, is amazing.. I'm sure it's not cheap to build that, but are Hydrogen engined cars really worth 2 million dollars? O_o

@wcemichael sounds like you arent use'ing 316L electrodes.. = wont last very long.. 316L is the proven only thing beside platinum that wont corrode . anything else will become part of the water. :-\

3mm thick 4x4 inch 316L plate is around $20 a piece

My drycells have to be cleaned once a year and changed out every 4 to 5.. coil cells = you might get 6 months :-( stay away from thin electrodes

@wcemichael well, plates, 2 ends, 2 bolts/nuts, a hose barb aint to expensive. the plate though, 316L or nothing, cheap or not the cell lasting time is what ppl pay for.

My 4 " cube drycell was $140 (11 plate) for a look into things it was worth it. no car running on it or nothing, but 1.5 litre a minute turned out just enough to run my 20cc 4stroke weed eater engine. Next step buy another

or buy on at least 3x the size lol

The people who are curious and want to get thier feet wet with this are trying out my design, A plate chang only takes five min. and if the replacement cost is only $1 then the have been like, "yea, I can do that!" AND more importantly, the cost pays for itself in one tank of gas.

@Me102288 You and I understand it really good though. I have "my truck runs on water" writen in my back window. Most people think I'm kidding, or don't care. About 10 times this year, people have approached me and asked "is this true?" then I pop the hood and show them, and everytime they are like "holy shit, it's that easy?" so once they understand it better they will be eager to learn more. So, in short. I'm breaking in the new believers, which is what we both want.

gonna have to retard the ignition till it stops backfiring to.. it burns 9x faster then gasoline, you gotta make sure the intake is fully closed before.. and just in case, please use a flash arester.. lol we ARE dealing with one of the most explosive fuels on the planet :-)

This test they went for broke and tried to totaly run on water alone, and only made one attempt, then proudly claimed "myth busted". Well, for professionals with unlimited money, they were beaten by me, an amature who's alway broke. My bike has less than $20 invested in this. My truck just has one extra part. You're a fucking idiot. Put up the rest of the video where it didn't work. You might want to look into this little thing called the Law of Conservation of Energy. It takes more energy to create the electricity to split the water than the resulting hydrogen gives you. "Energy cannot be created or destroyed", you are just converting electrical energy to chemical energy to combustion, and losing some more energy along the way.

you make no sense the people who claimed the world was flat believed so through faith and only what their eyes could see. The ones that said differently knew so through science and experimentation. Using an HHO generator powered by your car to increase gas mileage doesn't work and never will work, and anyone who claims it does is wrong, simple as that. The generator is using energy that your engine makes to create HHO as a supplement to the gas.

If you were to get better gas milage it would mean that somehow more energy is now being introduced into the system that what was previously being put in. which would mean more energy was extracted in the form of HHO than what was put in to make it. Right their you void a law of thermodynamics. You cant make more energy than you put in, in fact you will always make less. The HHO generator gets hot, heat is a form of energy right their you are loosing energy, etc.
