There's an even easier way than jacking the tanks. In the room there's a large support beam. When you hit him with it, it does as much damage as a Devastator on each hit. I think it's on the right side, up in the stands.

Y attack then when he uses his tentical devastator i wait until i dodge the three main ones then use street sweeper cuz if you do it close it hits multiple times and causes as much damage as a devastator although on hard it isnt very easy to do it a lot...

I beat this guy with the blade equipped with the shield, I just rolled to the side whenever he'd try slamming me and I'd just consume his minions when i needed health, it was simple enough to do

I prefered to quickly switched to my military disguise when the military arrived and grabed a few tanks and just circled around and fired. Even though at least on hard a tank gets destroyed by one hit from the big guy i quickly grab another finish thsi fight without losing pretty much no health at the second part.

hehe i used disguise when all the military came, and grabbed rocket launchers who spawned at the towers and kept hitting the boss. Took me a while but ended with almost all of my health

for me, i took a long time to finished this boss but its a very safe way. at he beginning i ran in a circle around the map and just throw rocks and stuff on the supreme huter(using the "strong-arm-for throwing" power). after its life was about 45% left. i went on the same spot as in 5:30 . and just using the whip(the swing-arm-thing) and finished! woot!

Uhhh not that impressive, New Game+ on probably Easy difficulty...try it on hard with no previous saved upgrades.

All you gotta do is go into armor, get double air-dash, and air kick him and air dash instantly after, you take no damage at all cept for a stray bullet from the military.

I made the fight go by pretty quickly by using the Blade and armor combo and just slashing him up. It tore through any adjacent hunters. When he was stunned I just grabbed him and beat him mercilessly. It went by pretty quick.
