is it a good idea to remove headset cups with a head set removal tool and give the head tube a clean every now and then and reinsert them even if you are not replacing the headset? my bike is 3 years old and i have not done this yet. How often should you replace a headset as my cane creek double x has replacable cartridge bearings. is there any point removing the cups just to clean the head tube. im not sure if its worth me buying the tool for this
Only beef I got about this video is the lame-ass stem he is using. Not made for bmx really is it? But hey whatever, it holds your bars right? Wrong!!! This type of stem slips so much, it might aswell come with no bolts. well anyways, thats it.
uh.. well.. a good video on how to put your handlebars on.. and how to tighten your stem.. but the thing people need help with is how to figure out the spacers, bearings and cap.

Indeed... this wasn't anything anyone couldn't figure out on their own - it's the bearings, spacers and cap that people need insight on.
