That's why even those coutnries that are suggested to have the best health care in the world with UHC have some sort of payment system. Switzerland definetly has the best health care in Europe, and guess what, they have a market probably more free than that of the US.

I have never been able to find one person who supports Reid in Nevada. In fact you can drive all over the state and see signs that say "elect anyone BUT Reid". Who knows how he won the election to the senate.

The most populated counties have been voting for him since 1986. After a while people get tired of the same face but he may surprise you and win by a few votes again in 2010. If things get slightly better and Democrats get out to vote against the GOP, that's enough to put him over the top. People sometimes say that they are sick of a certain politician but end up voting for him/her anyways unless the option from the opposite party can really stand out.

The roles WERE reversed. It was called Medicare Part D that the Reps passed. That's a Federal subsidy to Pharma that the Dems pledged to overeturn. Instead, they're passing a bill with the exact same subsidies, this time for the insurance industry! You wanna WHY the bill sucks? Because they know people like yopu will support it.
