  • NOW BOYCOTTING WALMART!! >:-(

  • I wonder what happened with their case... looked online and Debbie Passed on in 2010 I hope something worked out in her favor

  • let's go jack some shit from Walmart

  • The minute the U.S. Supreme consider corporations as "people", the workers were screwed.

  • Comment removed

  • Walmart has 90 billion dollars. This poor lady probably has nothing. Wow, that's great. What a great world we live in.

  • i never buy anything there.. I take my service animal in occasionally so she can shit or piss on the floor...lol....fukem... americas store my ass...

  • I don't think they have a legal case at all. She signed a legal and binding contract. I can't imagine any court not taking Walmart's side on that. I agree entirely that Walmart if the sleaziest company on the planet, but they are entirely on the right side from a legal standpoint. And their response was right. If they don't go after the money, then it costs other employees. But really, you'd think they would toss that much just for the PR.

  • A good company would NOT kick someone while they're down, like Wal-Mart is doing in poor Debbie's case. One of the reasons I won't shop at Wal-Mart.

  • @blomstersenter blind, ignorant republican. No need to bring politics or religion, 2 topics I believe you know little about, into this case. And WM is a "good" BUDDHIST company. It is owned by China after all...

  • This is liberal bull shit wall mart is a good christian company.

  • @blomstersenter as far as liberal bullshit.. nope.. wal mart being a good reich wing greedy pos christian company.. sure is

  • @blomstersenter Sure... a good Christian company that fires workers on the spot for even TALKING about forming a union, discriminates against workers and pays women significantly less than men for the same job, forces workers to work off the clock and to sacrifice precious break/meal time, puts good businesses out of business (particularly mom-and-pop types), and OKs child labor/horrendous work conditions domestic and abroad.

Take it from me; I used to work there.

  • @hippityhop05 Polly want a cracker? You are parroting BS. I HATE Walmart, they are an arm of the chicoms, they are enemies of the US. I hate anyone who makes me defend the scum. But you are as bad or worse. Why should anyone be forced to trade with anyone else? If you worked there, then you agreed to a price for your labor. If it wasn't enough then you were free to go sell to someone else. They have the same right to cease trading with you, and neither of you need to give a reason.

  • @wrjamescom When I worked there, it was during the summer before I went back to school. I was ignorant of their business practices (my fault), but when I went back to school and learned of Walmart's business practices I was glad I no longer worked there.

  • Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck walmart. Cruel bastards. CRUEL!!!

  • Original subrogation investigation, "Kaiser Permanente Plunders Patients' Piece of the Pie," is posted on YouTube and hmohardball.

  • Why didn't the family's lawyer take this into consideration when they were settling on the first suit? That should have been included so that all parties would have been legally indemnified...Not saying Walmart is in the right...but this should have been handled as part of the original suit...I'm thinking maybe the Shanks need to sue their attorney!

  • Another reason not to shop Wal-mart!

  • Thats Walmart for you. I used to work for them and they are crooked as hell. Workmens Compensation is the worst.

  • Whats really funny is that one of walmarts policy for there workers is integrity!. What a fucking joke. Don't ever buy walmart again!

  • Fuck walmart and I will share this video!!!!

  • is that for real... fuck walmart i wont shop from there anymore...

  • I'm never shopping at Walmart again....

  • Comment removed

  • @turgeo2004 ..if their buildings get burned down, theyre insurance will pay them back every penny and then some. they just can't be beat :-(

  • Fucking piece of shit company! How fucked up can they be to steal money from a disabled person that needs it!!! Greedy cocksucking bastards!

  • i work for walmart and this disgusts me, i feel so ashamed to be an employee of this piece of shit heartless, worthless cock sucking company.

    walmart needs to die.

  • I live in the town where Mrs. Shank and her family live. She actually just passed away yesterday morning at a local hospital. RIP.

  • @celebrityqueen713 Rest in Peace Mrs Shank

  • Sam Walton would be ashamed of his succesors.

  • @tmack1337 You haven't a clue in the world!. When you move out of home and get a job you mite be worth listening to.

  • @katfre1958 Thank you! I could not have said it better myself. I would love to see just how life is treating her in about 10 years. She is in for a very rude awakening. I just hope tmack1337 wakes up to the real world soon, otherwise she is in for a miserable life.

  • @tmack1337 You apparently have never work a single day in your life nor have you ever be forced to paid for anything. If you did, you would realize that there is such thing as income tax, gasoline for the car so you can get to work (even public transportation cost), car insurance, rent, utilities, health insurance, food, hygenine products, property tax, etc. Until you get a clue that life is NOT FREE, don't bother e-mailing me again. I will not respond. Did I make myself clear?

  • @tmack1337 I just came to the realization that you are only a kid. You don't have the faintiest idea to life or to the resonsibilities that life will bring. You think that you could hide behind your parent's trust fund and the worries of life can pass you by. You think that because you can live off $10/ hr that a family should be able to do the same. You inform me "I wish people would fucking think before opening their mouths" well the same thing can be said about you! Now, go buzz off!

  • @tmack1337

There is such thing as thrift stores to buy your clothes. That is unless you think you are too good for thrift stores. There is such thing as the farmers market to buy your gorceries. Again, that is unless you think you are too good for the farmers market. BTW; if it is really of your business and it is not but I will tell you anyway just to shut you up, I don't have a decent paying either. That is unless you consider a whooping $10.10/hr good pay.

  • hey wall mart you suck. big time

  • We can all pray that everyone who shops at Wal-Mart would soon come to their senses, boycott Wal-Mart, and put those freaking assholes out of business.

  • take the money whore mart

  • Large Corps and banks will do what they will until you take the money away from the FED and give it back to the US Treasury. Then have term limits on Congress and Senate. Lastly have no computer voting machines with hanging chads or any vote that does not have a paper ballot that is easy to understand and will not deceive the voter. Now you can start to trust that the USA is on the right path. Only way to help stop drugs is CONTROL the borders. How much is spent on that "war" every year?

  • Rules are rules.

  • @sajnotts, thats what you say until it happens to you.

  • @sajnotts I see, and are rules self-justifying? Is it right simply because it is written down somewhere? She bought health insurance through Wal-Mart. She -paid- for that service. Do you feel that this entitles Wal-Mart to the money her family was able to gain for her expensive medical care? PLUS "interest" and legal fees? Interest, as if it were a loan that she somehow -owed- them.

  • See? This is what happens to the hard working poor in this country; they lose their precious children in stupid wars, huge companies walk all over them without a care in the world, their kids can't get into college, they have to work two or three jobs just to make medical exspenses...so now tell me again, why is ANYONE against hitting up the super rich with higher taxes? Why is ANYONE against a universal health care bill? Why is ANYONE against congress sending their kids to war before ours?

  • amen to that!

  • I am not against hitting the mega rich up there is no reason why they should not fund the majority of the shit the pres wants to pass here in the states. Thing is though 90% of the law makers are rich as hell so the rich watch over rich and if something come's through even hinting about taxing the rich it get's put down like a rabid dog.

  • Jerico641, The problem with universal health care is that with U.S.A.'s current economic issues somewhat mirroring those of Nazi Germany where money was just printed off like toilet paper leading to hyper inflation.

In addition to provide a public service be it a government monopoly or not the standards of a product or service will have to be lowered to care for the masses. This is out of the vision from our founding fathers and leads to greater despondency and potential of abusing power.

  • You know, no offense, but you guys always sound so reasonable and benevolent as you continue to defend the status quo while the citizens of this country continue to sink deeper and deeper into despair. You muddy up the issue with hot button words like "Nazi Germany" and "hyper inflation" to try to convince the majority of us that we're not really getting screwed, and if we initiate any attempt at real social change to help people live better lives, we'll ruin our country...why do you do that?

  • I think this video shows just how uncaring and greedy Wal-Mart is. This woman was a worker for low wages, lost her short-term memory, her job, and later her son and then Wal-Mart wants more money than she was rewarded. People should stop shopping at Wal-Mart. It`s not a good store. They do not care about their employees at all. I find better deals at other stores. Wal-Mart sucks!

  • Wal-Mart does not help communities. They put stores out of business and then hire people for low wages. The Wal-Mart Store in Monticello, NY is always dirty, hard to walk through because of over crowded displays in aisles and many of the employees are unhappy and not polite to customers. They also replaced many checkout clerks with scanning machines where many people see as an oppertunity to steal. I think it is the worst Wal-Mart in the United States.

  • lol humans are the most fucked up creatures ever made... roflmao @ humanity! roflmao @ petty walmart...

  • this wouldnt of happened if Sam was alive.. the CEO is a fucking asshole and is going to ruin what Sam worked and believed so hard in.

  • Sam was a ,man of ideals, some of which were good. Unfortunately however, his creation has become a Frankenstein monster, a perfect shining example of what happens when spoiled rich brats are allowed to inherit mega-fortunes they didn't have to work for. I feel sorry for the Hilton employees if Paris[ite] inherits the chain for that reason.

  • I would love to see Walmart not only go bankrupt but every store burnt to the ground. Thats justice.

  • This story is the reason I havent shopped at wall mart plus its better to shop for stuff at open markets where its fresh and ghetto free.

  • PAY UP BITCH!!

  • @DarrelfromZeeland Would you pay up if it happened to you? I highly doubt it.

  • should have read the contract.

how do you complain about a contract you signed of your own free will?

  • There's PLENTY of WalMart employees who'd no doubt love to organize but every time someone tries it, they get harassed, intimidated, even fired for it. WalMart calls in some people from Bentonville on a private jet and they make the employees watch films that make unions out to look like monsters and they make life a living hell for everyone in favor of organizing, using methods that Tony Soprano, Don Vito Corleone, the Gestapo, and the KGB would no doubt recognize.

  • there's plenty of happy employees who no doubt would have their rights violated by abusive, thuggish union organizers. but clearly you care nothing about their rights.

  • Happy WalMart employees? How do you know they're happy to be working there? Have you talked to them? Asked them how they felt about working there? Or are you talking about the upper management and execs? Of course they'd be happy. Of course no matter how corrupt and despicable someone or something may be, they can always find SOMEONE to defend them. After all, there's people who think AIDS is a good thing.

  • And what about WalMart violating their worker's rights? Like requiring them to work off the clock, ie, clock out and keep working, and/or erasing hours they'd actually worked to avoid paying them for those hours? Or violating their right to organize to harassing and intimidating them, even firing them for the most trumped-up reasons, or even no reason at all? Union organizers have NOTHING on WalMart when it comes to being abusive and thuggish.

  • "Or violating their right to organize to harassing and intimidating them, even firing them for the most trumped-up reasons"

That's "violating their right to organize BY harassing and intimidating them".

  • If a worker doesn't like the way they're being treated, they can quit and work somewhere else. Having employees work off the clock is just a way to keep costs down- they're staying and helping out. Nothing wrong with that.

  • What kind of justice is one sided justice?

One big difference between liberals and conservative is that liberals think with their heart while conservatives think with their brain. This video certainly makes you feel very bad for them, but is Wal-Mart just the big boogie man escape goat?

I'd prefer to listen to the trials arguments than some CNN "journalist" report.

Do I still think they are a great company?

They can sink or swim on their own. I'll still shop there.

  • Comment removed

  • So you would have no problem with that poor woman and her family being forced to pay back that money and possibly being tossed out of that nursing home onto the street as a result? Why not just put a bullet in her head and put her out of her misery if that's the attitude WalMart should have and the one you're going to? Predatory capitalism and its cheerleaders like you and Herbie814 are PRECISELY what's wrong with this country.

  • Let me guess- I suppose you think that Halliburton and Blackwater are also "great companies"?

  • Blackwater and Halliburton are great companies. In fact my nephew's got a job offer lined up from Blackwater after his tour of duty is up.

  • I support following the law. Apparently, you think that is wrong. I have no opinion on this issue. I don't know all the sides. I'm not going to let my emotions govern me. I'd like to think that I have more intellectual fervor than that.

  • Theres nothing wrong with governing with emotions but at the same time time govern with your head, for instance when you choose a candidate you should listen to your heart as well as your head,i know that sounds corny

  • Well, when you govern with your heart, you fail to think beyond stage one and end up with unintended consequences. I feel bad for poor people in NYC, but is passing rent control and more welfare going to help them? No, it will hurt them in the long run.

If Justice Sotomayor takes that blindfold off her eyes to have empathy for those in front of her, that empathy to one person is discrimination to the other.

  • And getting rid of rent control is gonna cause even more problems. More homelessness, more crime. Poorer people will be robbing local businesses and wealthier people, whether at gunpoint or by burglarizing them, or they'll sell drugs to the business owners' and wealthier peoples' kids, to get enough money to pay rent. But I guess we just have to keep those prisons filled, don't we?

  • Ever wonder why housing is not affordable in NYC? You are so dense. Until you complete an economics 101 course, stop wasting my time with your uneducated rants. You are beneath my contempt.

  • Why housing is so expensive? Great numbers of people living together in close proximity, land becomes worth more, demand for limited available housing drives up the prices.

Oh, and I took an Econ 101 class in college. I got a "B" as I recall.

  • I'm not a communist but I do have a few communist friends. Big deal. I also have a lot of conservative friends. No fascists though. We respect each other's views, even if we don't agree. No single party or ideology has an exclusive monopoly on ideas, let alone good ones. An ideal system would have the best conservative ideas and the best liberal ideas, or balance them. Something for everyone. The problem with America today is that too many people on BOTH sides want the whole enchilada.

  • Name ONE good idea that's come from liberalism in its entire history. There isn't one. It's always been a worthless shit ideology and it always will be.

  • There's quite a few actually.

End of slavery, women's right to vote, ending child labor, safety standards on products, including food and medicine, civil rights, workplace safety standards, curbs on pollution, Social Security, the GI Bill, student Pell grants and other financial aid, workmen's comp, sick leave, maternity leave, the 40 hour workweek, weekends and holidays off, lowering the voting age to 18,....

  • housing is so expensive because the government restricts our rights to build, imposes punitive taxes on property, subsidizes purchases of the restricted supply, and creates inflation by printing currency backed by nothing (to pay the debt for excessive government spending)

  • If libturds had any brains, they'd be Christian conservatives.

  • People like you are a BIG part of the reason I ditched Christianity. You would've likely been selling firewood and matches to the Inquisition for their witch and heretic burnings. Hell, you probably would've even been selling s'mores, hot dogs, and brats at the burnings. You would've done Torquemada proud. In fact I bet you would've even burned Galileo for blowing a hole in the whole idea about the entire universe revolving around the Earth.

  • And it looks like you have a few communist friends. I have yet to meet a communist who is educated on basic economics so I won't hold my breath on you doing so either. Ignorance is bliss, yet destructive.

  • government apologists are "educated" on economics by socialist professors. what you need to learn about economics is likely to be ignored, censored, or ridiculed by the leftists who dominate our universities, media, and government. the valuable economic ideas are from those who actually produce for a living, rather than those spreading (or imposing) foolish statist ideas to justify the failed socialist policies that caused our problems.

  • In a perfect world, there'd be no need for the government to get involved in the economy because everyone, including employers and landlords, would do the right thing and not try to take undue or unfair advantage of their workers and tenants. Of course such a world would probably have a wizard behind a curtain, a fairy godmother, and/or a queen with playing card guards. I think we can agree that's not likely to happen anytime soon.

  • "because everyone, including employers and landlords, would do the right thing and not try to take undue or unfair advantage of their workers and tenants."

And that applies to the unions too, which are even more closely regulated than businesses are.

  • unions are even more privileged (spoiled) than businesses are. businesses, especially small businesses, are persecuted by unions and by government.

  • Who could possibly be more privileged or spoiled than the Waltons or the Hiltons, ESPECIALLY Paris? Whatever may be wrong with the unions, their members actually do work for their keep. What the fuck do the Waltons do except rake in the dividends for their dad's creation? And what does Paris Hilton do to earn her keep? No, I'm not talking any of her reality shows or that horrid song she did that sounds like a cat getting raped!

  • the most spoiled people are the politicians and bureaucrats that get to change and break the law... and the union thugs who intimidate and harass workers trying to earn their keep. workers earn their keep despite union harrassment, not because of it.

  • "the most spoiled people are the politicians and bureaucrats that get to change and break the law"

You mean like Bush and Cheney?

Oh yeah, by your definition, anyone belonging to a union or trying to stick up for workers against abusive management must automatically be a thug, right? Yeah, yeah, because management are always prefect angels who can never do wrong and anyone in or who supports a union is basically Lucifer incarnate and can never do right. Right?

  • management has no privilege to compel people to join any collectivist association or compel dues. unions are coercive thugs. management's relationship with workers is voluntary.

    case closed.

  • The majority of people who join unions do so on their own free will. I've known plenty of union members, and not one of them was forced to join. I'd say that for every union member coerced into joining, allegedly or actually, AT LEAST a half dozen others did so of their own free will. The small percentage of people who may have been forced to join a union is a reason to reform and overhaul them, NOT scrap them as so many anti-union people would like to see.

  • here's a list of the biggest union abuses that need to be reformed:

    nrtw (dot) org/d/big_labor_special_privileges.htm

  • rent control is the problem. getting rid of rent control restores rights that were improperly stolen by a tyrannical government.

  • If we got rid of rent control, what would keep an unscrupulous or overly greedy landlord from jacking up the rent and pocketing the difference, especially in a big city where the tenants need the housing more than the landlord needs the tenants?

  • There is a point where quantity demanded and quantity supplied are equal, where buyer's plans meet seller's plans. This point is called "equilibrium."

  • Boo fucking HOO!! If you can't afford the cost of rent in your city, MOVE.

As far as I'm concerned, there's not nearly enough people in prison. It'd be great if we locked all the libturds up and threw away the key, or better yet executed them all.

  • We have 2 million people in prison now, and we can't afford that as it is. In fact, California just had to release 20,000 inmates early to make room for new ones because they couldn't afford to build more prison space.

And execute all the liberals? Oh yeah, let's kill everyone who disagrees with you. Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, and Saddam did the same thing.

  • "And getting rid of rent control is gonna cause even more problems. More homelessness, more crime."

Incorrect, a price ceiling on rent below equilibrium creates a shortage. You would have a difficult time finding an economist who agrees that rent control is a rational economic policy.

  • Their relatives, friends, and church should help them with the nursing home bills. As far as I'm concerned, they fucking stole that money from Walmart and if it was up to me, that thieving bitch and her husband would both be in prison, better yet getting their sorry worthless asses raped daily by some biker and skinhead inmates.

  • Hasn't this family suffered ENOUGH?

  • I have a freaking Walmart across the street from me. I'll drive the extra miles and pay an extra buck...just don't ask me to shop at Walmart.

    BOYCOTT WALMART!!!

  • I don't shop at wal-mart just kuz they discriminate against people. I'm 18, and get out of work at 12...so i USED to stop at wal-mart after work and get something to eat and a drink, and everytime i went in there..i always had an employee following me and asking me and asking me what i wanted..when i said i was fine, they continued to follow me, i ask them to stop following me, and they tell me they can do whatever they want

  • Americans should get together and ban wal mart from this country.

or burn all it's locations to the ground

  • all ther more reason meijers is better fuck wallmart and the corp phonies

  • It sounds like her lawyer fuck up. The lawyer did not figure out that wmart insurance co would required to be reimbursed. Most insurance co polices require that by law. The family should sue the lawyer for incompetence and neglect for his bad lawyer-ing. I wonder how much the lawyer kept. Of that 1.4 M they won.

  • did you know that by buying products at Walmart you have helped the communist chinese goverment get the finances to produce nuclear and other weapons that they sell to rogue countrys to kill our soldiers - walmart loves to deal with communist china - did our troops die fighting communism for this - walmart is as un american as you can get - but they dont care - their new slogan should go - on behalf of walmart and the communist state of china thank you for shopping at walmart - live better ?

  • and yet you probably shop there....

  • @shadysgirl - ireality there is a walmart just three blocks from me - when i go shopping i drive right by it and to shopping at the local grocery store that has better deals and way more organize and cleaner - when i need something else i shop at the other stores - all my tools in the shop are american made - walmart only sells communist china junk - which i refuse to use one dollar of mine to support chinas communist - so to answer you i definetely do not shop at walmart - walmart is crap

  • Go 6308281! It's people like shadysgurl that make others think its hard to avoid shopping there, freaking sheeple!!

  • you pay insurance to cover - thats why its called insurance - walmart like always is looking out for their own asses - how desgusting it is a 400 billion a year company wants to take this familys money - yeah live better means the waltons live better along with their CEOs- WALMART the biggest piece of shit the world has ever produced - and on top of that this company only deals with cummunist china and forces the closing of american manufacturing -wake up America -

  • The Waltons are living high on the hog. Unreal

  • @PGMEagle

The waltons are worth about 18 billion each. According to wikipedia

  • sorry i'm gonna play the jerk. Boo hoo... "the big company is being so mean, MY exception is different and shouldn't apply. Poor me" If you don't want your insurance to take money you received, don't sue for medical costs, let your insurance take care of it. Sue for loss of quality of life, pain and suffering, continuing medical care, not for medical bills due to the accident. Duh! Grow up and quit picking on someone for doing what they are legally bound to do.

  • Ok, walmart DOES INDEED have a right to that money. The store I work for isnt even the best in its market and we make MORE than 400,000 a day. "save money, live better....." however, if they are so damned proud of helping the community like they brag in in every quarterly meeting, why the HELL cant they help this woman? Mr. Walton would be pissed....

  • bbirdsinger - do you know that you are worth more to walmart dead than alive - its called the dead peasant policy that walmart puts on all its employees - after all its another way for them to make money - you have so many empolyees theres bound to be so many deaths - which eqauls to so many payouts on the policy they put on thier empolyees - you know what your family gets - a kick up thier asses a big fat ZERO- mean while the waltons live better - that is the realitys of working for walmart

  • i hate walmart i hope they go down and lose everything because of what theyve down to so many people especially debbie thats just sad

  • cmon they should let her have that money they probally gain that much or more in a day all the stores they have so they could let the poor lady have the money it aint like it gonna hurt them

  • It's simple, don't allow the strong to exploit the weak. It's the job of the strongest within our society to look after, and raise up the weakest within our society. Personally, nobody, and I mean NOBODY, would love to see companies like wal-mart fall by the wayside. The world would be better off.

  • I would be a happy Man to see WalMart go down.

  • Why the hell do they keep reminding her that her son died?? That seems so cruel. Just let it go. Making her relive his death each time will just wreck havoc on her already fragile body.

    Burn in hell Walmart

  • This is a classic example of what happens when a company and indeed a nation loses its moral compass; we decide that what is right is what we can legally get away with.

What ever happened to the Golden Rule?

  • Figures. Walmart once again proves to be a confederation of dirty heartless criminals

  • why can't Walmart pay her medical bills? Doesn't the medical care cover that?

  • it does, but she sued for medical costs, so if she gets money for medical costs, then her insurance gets the money because her insurance is paying her medical costs. BTW why are we blaming Walmart? It is the insurance company that has the money. gtfu

  • Those evil son of a bitch!!!!!!!!! Wal-Mart can burn in hell

  • I work for walmart but seeing as im a college student I don't want to take extra money out for insurance if they're just gona screw me over like that. I hope corporate burns in hell for their greed.

  • exactly why we should not be forced into health insurance plans we don't need.

  • "yeah how DARE you walmart, for doing something entirely within your legal right. how DARE you for doing something that a signed contract says you're allowed to do. you bastards."

SHUT UP YOU IDIOT! There are "legal rights" and then there is a little something called DOING THE RIGHT THING!! Poor Walmart. With their 90 BILLION dollar profit margin they might go broke by not sueing this poor woman for her medical expenses, huh?

  • seriously, the walmart business men need to take a step back from their dollar figures and act like human beings for a change.

  • ... omg........ walmart y ar u so greedy???? p.s ur prices arnt evn lower than zellers, WTF???

  • Wal Mart are bunch of big meanies !

    I dont shop there either

I feel bad for her though I do hope a huge mirrcal happens for her

  • oh my god... that was so sad, then the thing about her son dying in iraq....... That's brutal...

  • Just another example of why Wal-Mart is a bad company for all but their shareholders. Money above all else.

  • evil evil evil evil evil evil!!!!!

  • I haven't set foot in a Wal-Mart in over a year and never will again. It is, without a doubt, one of the most evil corporations on the face of the earth and if there were ever a need for a law to ban a company, Wal-Mart would be it.

  • Walmart should have their employees vote on exceptions like this. Heck, I think all corporations should be run by a democracy.

  • I hate to say that God purnish heartless Walmart. Greedy for more when someone is vulnerable. O my God. Very wicked walmart. Sad!

  • all people who.. 1 work... 2 shop... or 3 manage at walmart are primates. but especially at the sams club food court those are chimpspanzzees

  • Walmart sucks.

  • Another reason to be sure you read ALL the fine print on ANYTHING you sign and agree to.

  • gotta love walmart!

  • Walmart: Always fucking people over. Always.

  • The lawyer that help wal-mart will burn in hell!

  • Fuckin bastareds !!! i hate this fucking goverment!!!

  • That's just sad. 90 billion a year, but they've got to go after a lady like this. Yep, they really give back to their community. :(

  • WALMART SUCKS!!!!

  • This is sad but not surprising for Walmart..

Walmart does whatever it wants and seems to have no fear of the public boycotting them because so many shop there because its the only store that they can afford to shop at..

  • WHOOT =) VOTE TO BOYCOT WALMART

its no fair at they do to these people (btw my backpacks already breaking too)

  • I can't say I'm suprised. I've worked there for 4 years; not because I like Walmart, but because its Walmart or flipping burgers and bills need to be paid. Half a year ago, I was disciplined for taking my grandfather to the hospital and missing work myself. They just dont give a damn, because they know that you need your job more than they need you, and I was given the "fair for all associates" lecture as well. What can you do? Sue? That 90 billion a year can buy some real good legal defense.

  • Walmart sucks and nobody should shop their cuz they are gay

  • thats so mean u kno wat im never buying a backpack from walmart ever again!

  • WOO GO U!!

    ya!

    lets boycot walmart!

  • hahah lets do it xD

  • haha ya

  • uhmmm how excacly would qe do uit xD

  • Holy shit! She's just like the "memento" guy!

  • I worked for Walmart. Worse place to work ever. I was fired not by store policy either. I guess I can't call into work to take my not so healthy and disabled mother to the hospital when she feels sick. I got fired for attendance.

  • aw this is soo sad! Come on Walton Family! Your company may be bound by its rules and rigamrole, but your philanthropy has always been discretionary!

Charity starts at home! She used to work for you, for heaven's sake!

    A Walmart Shopper

  • there is no morality in ANY form connected to this company. social conscience does not exist. you shop there, you support this treatment of your fellow man. if you are a stock holder and do nothing, you support this atrocity. the stockholders of this company are the only ones able to force a change from within. cruelty to it's own employees, poverty in every town it invades. the American dream is gone. THANK WAL-MART SCUM...
