technically, your raquet is allowed to go over the net so long as the contact with the shuttle occurs on your side. A followthru on a high net shot, for example.

these guys and girls are good enough. Not to take any credit away from them, but if they were to compete with world class players, they wouldn't even be able to put up a fight. And the best of pros is yet on another level. I'm just a super badminton lover. it's the best sprot ever!

LOL wow, you should check some tourneys. They may not be as good as the top level pros, but they can be in the top100. I'm assuming that some of these players are national players for their respective countries. look there's MALAYSIA, who flew half way around the world to play badminton for a few days. I wonder if they know LCW? LOL
