you can get it off an enclave soldier in the broken steel dlc, but it is low condition and there arent a lot ammo, some more ammo in the olney powerworks (first broken steel mission)

So north of Minefield got it! I was randomly walking around the area near hamiltons hideaway coz i was doing blood ties and i accidently went to minefield and got hit by mine and i was like wtf?? raiders???

then i got the portal thingee that said minefield and i 3was like ooh right!!!
