4:49 If you go north from that point, it is faster to fly around the world north to south.

Also, there is another key to the weapon room *IN* Serpent's hold as well. It is in one of the rooms the southwest corner of the castle, under some clothing. You just have to be careful to move the clothing when no one is around.
