[i've been around tons of south asians and tons of arabs] arabs generally look much more european, while south asians [are a race of their own, the arab world is too big to call it a race, in terms of features anyway] generally have that Indian look, with darker skin and generally straighter smoother hair... etc.. what confuses ppl btw them is I guess how their worlds share Islam. etc..
