And to defend Kyle Busch, as I've seen elsewhere, when the car is dropped its the signal to go. Its really the fault of the CREW that the guy dropping the car doesn't communicate or talk to the guys working on the car.

WRONG, the dropping of the jack is usually left up to the descression of the jackman imself, in the end it is his call to release the car when all duties are done, the issue was removing the barebond strip that was being used as tape from the backing, applying tape to the car is tricky due to having to keep it in tact during the right side portion of the stop,if it wasnt applyed the first try then the jack should have been dropped to prevent loseing track position on pit road

Actuallay, that wouldnt be possible. If a lugnut was loose, NASCAR would send the driver with the loose lugnut back to pit road to put any loose lugnuts back in.
A good example of this would be the 2009 fall race at Atlanta when Tony had to come back to pit road because he was missing a lugnut.

I actually can't see anything wrong with this from a driver's standpoint. Kyle didn't say anything derrogatory to his crew. All he said was that during a stop, you can't wait to take tape off till the end. Kyle was up front in this race and when you're having a good run, the job of the crew is to fire off good stops to keep you up front and if they complete their stop and then fiddle around with tape, that can't happen. You need to finish the stop and drop the jack.
18 wins for Dale Jr. 12 wins for Kyle Busch. I admit that they are both impressive, the only thing that Kyle lacks is a championship in any of the major touring series.

Actuallay, that wouldnt be possible. If a lugnut was loose, NASCAR would send the driver with the loose lugnut back to pit road to put any loose lugnuts back in.
A good example of this would be the 2009 fall race at Atlanta when Tony had to come back to pit road because he was missing a lugnut.

I actually can't see anything wrong with this from a driver's standpoint. Kyle didn't say anything derrogatory to his crew. All he said was that during a stop, you can't wait to take tape off till the end. Kyle was up front in this race and when you're having a good run, the job of the crew is to fire off good stops to keep you up front and if they complete their stop and then fiddle around with tape, that can't happen. You need to finish the stop and drop the jack.
