The reason 1D is touring with BTR is because they are a British band and they probably weren't sure a lot of people knew about them in the US and wanted to be with an American band to get popular in the US before doing a tour of their own... even though they are very popular in the US already... :)

I love both bands very much.. i can't pick. but i am going to defend my big time rush. they are more popular in the U.S. than one direction because they are like....American and all and one direction is from the U.K. so they have more big time rush fans in U.S. if btr went to uk then they chould be co headlining for 1D but they areon our grounds so it makes sense. that's the way it works and i don't appreciate y'all slamming btr they did nothing wrong
