Bah. Either mess around with the item/spawn settings and find it yourself, or look up "How to overload a halo 3 map"

Change "Run Time Minimum" to the highest number you can make it. It meets there can never be less than that number of the item on the map. Instant respawn.

No and Yes. You don't get recon for finding all the skulls but finding all the skulls puts you one step closer to recon. You need to do all 7 Vidmaster Achievements in order to get recon.

Actually, i helped a friend of mine getting the skull on sandbox, and in two tries (by overloading), the skull did disapeared, i had the ideia of using several teleporters and just go as far as we could before the lasers killed us, and it actually worked...

its called over loading the map you take a tripp mine and press x while hloding it in forge mode you look for run time minnimum make that 1 and runtime maximum to 4 (or highst number) it clould be the other way around do it by trial and error

dude, those other 3 maps you mentioned (citadel, longshore, and other one) are coming with Halo:ODST. ODST will come with two disks, the campaign and all that shit, and all the Halo maps (including the three that you dont have)
