@RangerOfTheNorth7 - depends on your phone. Easiest way is to use one of the many onlnine services to convert the video to an mp3 and then save it to your phone (through sync'ing). On newer phones you can select any mp3 as a ringtone. Once again it depends on your phone. take care.
