Thanks for posting this video. I own a few chinese take-out delivery stores. Nowadays is hard to hire a delivery boy that doesn't ask for tips. I've been through many delivery person over the last past ten years. None have quit on me which means they are usually fire on the spot when there is a complaint. About the tip thing, that's true and that goes for a lot of places that aren't even Chinese. White folks sometimes expect the same thing. Some places are getting smarter and automatically charge u and call it "Gratuity" or have a additional charge.
