A tip - to why it's dry you use too many products which is as to why Pantene made it worse because it is full of wax as well as herbal- tressesme deep cleaning is the best to get out all the products you use and then restart - tips as a stylitst - 1- don't go out with your hair wet in the winter gives, dries scalp and hair , 2 use thermal protection if you blow dry - 3. Let your hair dry on its own them flat iron if you do. 3 products shampoo leave on scalp for 1 min. Conditioner - do not put

i have the herbal essences long term relationship and it smells like rasberries and i used to use suave and it never gave me any good smell. it was really light but made my hair really soft. I switched to herbal essences and it smells SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO­OOOOOOOOO amazing and made my hair really soft. i got a huge hello hydration shampoo because one of my favorite scents is coconut.

I've used this for a year or two now possibly more. Ha but anyways I love it. The best cheapest shampoo for my hair. here its only like $2. but at time there are specials. anyways it does smell fantastic and omg the colouring is lovely as well. :) I did actually imagine having eyes that colour teehee. I would have stared at a bird munching a worn too. lol Overall your review was great. keep up the good work chicadee.

This is the worst brand of hair products ever. It is full of silicones that leave a residue on your hair, after awhile of using this it actually ruins your hair. It may make it all soft and shiny at first, but in the long run it's horrible. It does smell amazing though (:

@tinaaayox3 true, but for someone like me who has dry, fluffy hair i actually preffer a silicone-based shampoo. iv'e tried organic shampoos with no sulphates in and they made my hair soooo dry!! i think they're ok to use just as long as u use a clarifying shampoo in-between to get rid of any residue

Herbal escenses doesn't work. It kills your hair as it tries to moisture it . The onlyreason you guys look at this shampoo is because of the good smell and what this brand has promissed to do for your hair. This shampoo definetly doesnt doo any good for your hair. I recomend head and sholders for healthy hair (:

i have used this for like 3 years! my hair is so silky since i stared useing it! You and I must have the same hair. lol I hate Pantene and Tresomme didn't do much. I tried Hello Hydration, but my all time favorite is Color Me Happy which is the same formula as Herbal Essences original pink bottle: for dry/damaged/colored hair.

They DONT test on animals because i'm a strict vegetarian and i try not to use anything tested on animals and i use herbal essences sometimes. :)

I've never ever heard of such a thing. I start to shampoo as soon as I get into the shower. I would say lather for 2 min tops. rinse, then, condition. you should also strt to shave 5 min in to your shower (it softens the hair for easy shaving) so let your hair condition while you shave and scrub your body. rinse the conditioner out of your hair before you get out. voila!

You should use " Joico" AAZING STUF! and they dont test on animals. it smells gud and it also make ur hair shiny and silky and moisturized

@lilcammo93 herbal essences shampoo technically doesnt but procter and gamble, which is the monopoly they are owned by, does. and herbal essences hair colors are too. sorry if this is like "they do test" comment and might be deleted but there is a ton of confusion on that. technically, all beauty companies have to test their products out on animals but those that claim they dont just have some random third party do it for them or have used other companies' research on the ingredients to suffice.
