Yes, that can be usefuly. You know? this game have several GTA San Andreas characteristics. Ok, the bikes, and the clothing system. I do not know where they developed it first in GTA or Bully, also GTA san andreas have a manhunt1 characteritic.

Is a good thing that Rockstar are used to make all their games so moddable, for example in GTA 3 and GTA VC, you can changue the character skin just diting a bmp file.

I would modify bully to let you use guns and melee weapons from gta replace slingshot with a gat,spud cannon with shotgun,bottle rockets with ak-47's,firecrackers with molotovs,bats and wood peices with knives and katanas.and add blood and gore

It's very easy to edit Handling Lines, it is the same like in GTA SA, but i can't open the .txds, someone needs to code a programm for it

You could edit the handling for the cars, i try to make some burnout mod for vehicles per editing the particle.cfg

All .cfg, .dat, .txt-files in the Config Folder can be edited :)

Just open handling.cfg in the data folder with the text editor or Word Pad.

Don't forget to backup before you modify it ;)

The handling has been modded. I gave the bike car handling and the car handling isn't great with bikes. You would know that if you would have watched the fist part of the video where it gives that information.

I have a question to ask you about the modding...

How did you get the edited files to work ingame without it not booting?

I had to open the ISO Read off the Original disc and open the ISO in Game Graphic Studio and replace HANDLING.CFG with my edited one, thus making it so where I can't put Bigger files in place of the smaller ones.

If you SOMEHOW got the game to rebuild and work, PLEASE tell me how. I could do some interesting things with the game if I could rebuild the ISO to get bigger files.

Edit WORLD.IMG

Edit Handling.CFG

Make IML with CDDVDGEN

Make ISO With Apache 3

Burn with DVDDecrypter

And then when I boot the screen flashes twice then just locks up.

I never see Bully.

nice mod. is this pc or ps2? im into modding ps2 games, like gta san andreas, you people should look up a french group called ptmg if you dont believe ps2 can be modded. all you do is rip the game to your pc, extract the iso, mod the files, rebuild the iso and then either burn the game or put it on your ps2 hard drive, all you need is a way to play back ups/burnt games. nice work man, i just got bully, so naturally i hit the net looking for mods lol keep up the work
