Actually this is somewhat possible if you know the pinouts on certain items.  With LCD's and composite televisions these days some old computers might do this. Accommodation would have to be made for the various ports the computer had. If its real it must have a custom made case.

The //gs resurrected as a laptop? Sweet! Apple // forever! :D

It's a shame the //gs was the last of the Apple // line, it had a lot of potential. I guess Apple decided to go with Macs since they had more powerful 32-bit Motorola processors, white the //gs was using a 16-bit WDC chip.

@musicalbacon2 Not really, MS-DOS based laptops from the 80s didn't have mice and were supposed to work without them and this is a Pro DOS based computer + GUI based. You can run Apple II - IIc + operating systems on it i think.
