The best shocker in this is that he didn't kill his liver, pituitary gland or get super high cholesterol or so many of the other things we associate with Steroid abuse. Regardless of Synthol or even implant rumors, he did take a shit load of steroids and according tho their doctor: "He's in fairly good health." Greg Valentino isn't a freak due to steroids, he's a freak due to Synthol. I'm pretty sure he talked specifically about synthol in the "bigger faster stronger" documentary...but even if he didn't there's no question he used it. If you see him now, his arms are still freakishly massive...this is because synthol is semi-permanent, so even if he quit excecising completely he would still have big arms. Similiar concept to what happened to Hang Mioku (model who injected oil into her face)
