Beatrice is his mother as you imagined, the man with glasses is his mother's friend. If you watch "Maiden Rose - Hyakujitsu no Bara 3rd Vol. December 2008" in my channel at the time in 0:25, you will know their relation.

Thank you for the question. Please let me explain about this complicated story.This chapter is their early days in Luckenwalde. Taki had been abroad to study at a military academy and he had met Klaus there.

This chapter is the scene of the first drill for Taki and Klaus. It is continued from "Maiden Rose -Haykujitsu no Baba Vol.3 April 2009 in English". This Luackenwalde series is appeared up to this chapter until now.

Maiden Rose has two story lines as a temporary one and a past one that is the days of Taki and Klaus were students in Luckenwalde.Now Inariya's working is in that temporary story after coming back to Taki's country.

It seems to be complicated to follow. I use two different title roles, please distinguish up to them.

I imagine the author will complete the story in Luckenwalde first, and turn to the present line again.She put the flash backs in the middle way of the story in order to expand whole story.

I do not say the next chap. is involved 4th vol. now.

Usually, comics you can buy abroad are published with several chaps. so while the story is ongoing, we cannot see the chaps

, that why I do not put the numbers in these chapters.

Taki seems very young, but most of Japanese boys look so young for their ages.
