@TheBinhbinh visual voice mail is a graphical way to see and manager your voice mails. So instead of just hearing them, you actually see them on your screen listed by name, message length.

Can you tell why the album art is not showing up when I play my songs. It shows up when i play it on computer but just not on phone. =(

If you get the phone from a Verizon store it should have the latest firmware- 1.28.02P. You can look in the phone or on the box or under the battery. If it's not, you can have it upgraded in like 5 mins. at the store. Or watch my video how to do it yourself if needed.

yes, i think it is a good phone. i like it because it is a touch phone that is also a flip phone, a combo that works well for me.

you can turn off the 'slide to unlock' thing in the menus. you can also wake up the screen by pressing a side key
