The Aston was taking horrible lines its no wonder he stayed as close as he did. The artificial jarring of your wheel was unnecessary too, you were hardly pushing it hard enough to require corrective counter steer IMO.

That would be for the V8 Vantage, the DB9 has 450bhp from a 6litre V12, the Vantage is a Jaguar sourced 4.2litre V8 with 380bhp.

Maybe if you picked a better day to race on you might not have the problem of reduced performance. Personally the guy in the Porsche had the advantage, not having all the tire run off spray onto his windshield. For me I'd be happy to race in both.

Iv done that before, but not in an aston martin. I was in a 06 Viper which has no stability or traction control. Whats really funny to watch is the Farraris and lambos, cause the cars are so expensive they go uber slow on the corner, and 40% gas on the straights!

They forgot to mention that the Aston was on tires with only 2mm profile. The driver (of good friend of mine) isn't a racer, he just occasionally drives on the track, this was his first time in the Aston.

Oh, and I was substracting the driver all the time...
