  • I do miss the full transparency for 2010 and 2011.

  • I can not believe my eyes!! Spain had qualified in 12th position itself was taken into account the televoting!! 106 points is not only one poised to overtake Russia's televoting who got 107, and Germany had won the same, note for the EBU, is more than clear that if there is no politics televoting is simply take a song you like to the public and France would be classified in 8th position, eye televoting last year put him in 17th position, so I want to see those results Now!

  • @megalalio

of course, but Big 4 countries and people that give a s*** about the contest simply don't care.

Common viewers will agree with juries return because commentators and the EBU knew how to sell the idea based on facts that aren't even true! The so-called political voting that exist more with juries than televoting)

I guess it's up to artists and producers to decide whether the system is good or not. If they're satisfied with such a rigged contest, i guess there's nothing we can do.

  • Why are the names of the jurt from each country have not been revealed after the show was over? Where are these people voting from? From their own country or from the host country? If these people vote from the host country, is not there any chance that their impartiality be affected someway? either by communicating with each other or with the contestants? Split voting results may be revealed, yes, but yet there still seems to be many other things we do not know.

  • where are the split results for eurovision 2010?

  • so... whats the score with the jury/televoting??

hopefully half and half at least, in the semis too???

    could someone tell me??

  • I just checked the website again. Unless I'm looking in the wrong spot, I still don't see the results he is talking about. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

  • me neither!

  • i think it is much fairer, seeing as though the uk go 3rd place from jury, but 10th place from televoting..

although, it bad to see spain's ok song got last place in both votes :p

  • This system its better than 100% televoting because other countries are always on the top10 it doesn't metter what song they have.

  • maybe the just had likes songs?!

  • New system is terrible. Back to 100% televoting please! :)

  • Give just a reason why you think so... but a sensible reason! Just because you may like catchy songs and they've been underrated by the jury (very inteligent of them, by the way). That might be the case of Ukraine, Albania, etc. I mean, everybody is happy with this new system but people like you who doesn't give a reasonable statement. Nobody can denay the new system is much fairer. Open your mind!

  • Fairer???? How can you call the fact that 215 people can decide the winner and overcome the votes of millions fair??????

  • I don't know exactly what you mean, but the only fact we can take into account is that the winner would have been the same with televote 100%, so if you aren't happy with Alexander and his song it is a problem of your own but most people don't think as you do. I repect you want televote 100%, but I don't think your viewpoint is reasonable, honestly.

  • This year yes. But next year maybe the televoting winner is lets say Ukraine. The jury winner would be Armenia. But Greece would overally win because it was second on both jury and yelevoting. Does that sound fair to you?

And with my previous comment I meant that 215 people (the number of the juries this year) an easily overcome the opinion of millions and change their results

  • Finally, your comment is so obvious, honestly! I supposed you were disappointed because of the unfair results according to you. To me (and to most people I know), the 215 members of the jury have showed they know much more about music than televoters and those countries you've mentioned got what they deserved. Actually, some of them like Turkey, Azerbaijan or Greece got better places than deserved. It all sounds fair to me 'cause they're not good music to me. Maybe you want another contest.

  • i agree , 50/50 sucks for too Maaaany reasons... this one, but also the fact that fair points are erased... the new voting system did NOT suceed, there is no way to erase DIAPORA voting without eraring double as much FAIR points.

66 % televoting 33% jury tie break or 70/30 are way fairer... Because as it stands, 100% televoting is way better than 50/50

  • oups i meant televoting tie break of course

  • 50/50 not fair at all anyway, no debate there

  • There a plenty of reasons .(mainly technical ones)

    But there's 2 killer ones:

    1) Many contestants are more pro than the jury that vote

2)People buy CD , not juries

  • Ay ya can see they are some people disagree with the new system.

    here are some reasons:

    a) a lot of jury-members don't have any notion of music

    b) even if jurors would be professional, five persons each country are too sparse coz there aren't presentable.

    c) it's clearly to see juror's mission is to move points to western european countries so they stay and furthermore pay money

-> horrible songs (israel, germany) get better results against public's will.

    -> other countries will leave.

  • a) WHY THEY ARE JURIES THEN???

    B) WE SHOULD CHOOSE WHO DO WE WANT TO BE JURY

    C) no the mission is to have fair and to stop the political and diaspora voting

  • a) because most important is NOT to give a professional (means either musicmarket-orientated or high-quality in a musicologic view) review. see point c)

    b) I'm happy for you you can choose. I and 99.9999% can not.

    c) I know 'bout problems with televoting. and yes, there is something like that. even not the way you might think of. however, if the EBU would be interested in a "fairer" voting, she would take other measurs. like an one-call-each-person-rule or sending professional juries.

  • I couldn't find the results on the website either. Would someone please be so kind as to put a link to the actual results? Thank you.

  • ok, today is the day, but I can't find the results on the website.

Is this a joke or something?

I will look again in the evening.

  • im also looking for thr results but i cant find them , but i think its not a joke coz it has this video on the site

  • That guy has an American accent it sounds like?

  • He is Dutch.

  • That's cool.

  • No. No American accent. I have one.

  • I have an Uncle with an American accent... this guy here sounds like he does to me. Oh well though.

  • I just think weird why did it took 2 months to reveal this.

I hope next year you don't take so long because it makes people suspicious about the transperency of the process.

    But better late than never.

  • But on what and where do we can see those results?

  • oh, i can't wait guys, but heck keep the split voting, and change the big four system so that four random countries go through to the finals, cause the germans and french did a bit suckish it would be great though

  • but sure we know the winner it was the hottie alexander rybak andin newspaper it already said the votes of da jury!

  • who cares.. we all know the winner...

    so ?

  • This is a very good move by the EBU. Enfin l'UER se décide!

  • at last...

  • About time!! cant wait to see them

  • I've mark it on my calendar... :>

  • The votes of the jury was already revealed, right?

  • not all

  • Hmm, I have a prediction that my country (the UK) didn't do so well with televotes. I hope these split results prove me wrong. 8-D

  • I hope we don't need to wait the split results for 2 months next year.

  • omg yay i was looking for them (this year is my first eurovision year)

  • awsome!

  • The results have been checked by two independent auditors to make sure they are correct. Because these checks are thorough, it took some time :)

  • Can any one tell me if these results are going to be told on TV (in France) or just online?

  • Who garanties full transparency and no corruption?...

  • cool

  • cool

  • great! :)
