I agree that imports just look more natural while drifting, mostly since they tend to have less overhang in the front and rear, and their stiffer suspensions also help. Watching a typical muscle car drift and watching a boat are pretty much watching the same thing.

4WD isn't drifting or powersliding. It's 4 wheel drifting. It's still not drifting though. Powersliding is when you continue a slide after starting it by putting down too much throttle on the exit to a corner. Drifting in initiating at the start of ther corner on purpose and maintaining it with throttle and countersteer, you don't do that in 4WD. And that Reventon has been converted to RWD, it's obvious if you look at it.

@scrustle i think powerslide, is when u over do a corner to oversteer and then countering without including the clutch. Where as drift, you purposely interupt the car, either by clutch kick or handbrake.

On FM3 I have the 08 Subaru Impreza WRX STi, fully tuned, 4WD, way more power going to the backwheels than front.

I'm no expert in drifting or the setup, but I can drift nicely with it.

I countersteer and use throttle to maintain it.

Why ain't that drifting? I can throttle to make it go sideways, but it's easier to use the E-brake.
