Obama does not care if we lose and doesn't understand the consequences. General McChrystal said Obama has only spoke with him one time in the past 76 days. Maybe if Peter Fenn or Obama don't understand what the mission is they can talk to the General once in a while. This guy Fenn probably wanted to cut and run in Iraq leaving chaos in that country as well. He has no idea what is at stake. And if it were up to him we would have lost in Iraq and will lose in Afghanistan.
First off I give all respect to those who have enlisted. But the issue isn't whether or not I served in the military, its if we leave without victory it will hurt our national security.
I would guess that especially because you have served, you would want to know that the last eight years in Afghanistan isn't just pissed away because Obama doesn't want to finish the job. If we cut and run all of your hard work and lives lost have been for nothing.
What I want is for all the chicken hawks, like you, to man up and put your patriotism where your mouths are if you want our country to fight a war.
I didn't go to Afghanistan so I don't talk about some delusional idea of victory in that theatre IE; I don't talk about things I have no first hand knowledge of, maybe you should do the same or I don't know, enlist and contribute and then you'll have a better idea about what really goes on in wars...
