I'm a Canadian; I'm also an atheist. And I absolutely hate cultural relativism. Rather than being taught critical thinking in state education (K-12), everyone's taught to "respect" other people's beliefs, even if we know nothing about them. This is also generally a social more. In Western Europe the state has taken over the role that used to only be done by the family.(elderly care,pensions,welfare,schoolin­g etc. etc)

That is among many reasons why Europeans dont have children.

I also cannot see it change in a conventional way.

What we basically need is baby factories replacing the traditional family.
