You I am guessing have a keylogger binded to this since you cannot port-forward since you are a skid. .rar files are basicly folders holding any kind of component from your computer. JPeg, .exe, .png, etc. Oh, and since you are probably one of those really really try-hard skids, you cannot send viruses through IP addresses.
